Northstar uses only the information needed to activate your Apple TV, deliver your authorized service configuration, protect accounts, and provide support.
Information we handle
Account records may include a customer name, contact details, subscription status, assigned plan, payment status, and internal support notes. Device records may include a random device identifier, Apple TV model, tvOS and app versions, activation status, and the last time the device contacted Northstar.
Viewing information
Favorites and recently watched items are stored on the Apple TV for user-facing features. The service may keep short operational playback-session records for concurrency limits, troubleshooting, and security. Northstar does not use invasive viewing surveillance.
Security and sharing
Device tokens are revocable and administrator sessions are protected. Northstar does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with infrastructure, payment, or authorized-content providers when required to operate the service or comply with law.

Contact support@watchnorthstar.us to ask about your account information, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable.
