Contact support
Email support@watchnorthstar.us. Include the support code shown on your Northstar Account screen, but never send a password or device token.
Activation help
Keep the six-character code visible on your Apple TV while the account administrator approves the device. Activation codes expire after 15 minutes and can be refreshed on screen.
Before contacting us
Confirm the Apple TV is online, reopen Northstar, and use Retry if it appears. Content availability depends on the authorized service assigned to the account.
